Terms and Conditions
1. This program through booking.com
is not applicable through the booking.com mobile Application.
2. Booking must be made via
booking.com/oasisclubku in order to earn the Oasis Clubs Miles. Please note that bookings made directly on Booking.com will not earn any Miles.
3. Only Kuwait Airways Oasis Clubs members can earn Oasis Clubs Miles for hotel stays made for themselves.
4. The member must ensure that the correct Kuwait Airways Oasis Club membership number is entered into the booking.
5. Kuwait Airways Oasis Clubs members will earn 2 Oasis Clubs Mile per 1 USD spent on all bookings, inclusive of taxes.
6. Currency exchange is dynamic and subject to change at the discretion of Booking.com.
7. Members who are unable to add their membership number at the time of booking, can update their reservation prior to check-in, updating their membership number via 'Amend loyalty information' tab on the confirmation page of Booking.com
8. Miles will be earned only on bookings where the
stay is completed. In case of a non-refundable hotel booked, which is either cancelled or the members failed to check-in at the property and they are charged for the room but they will still not earn Oasis Club Miles on that booking.
9. Oasis Club Miles will be credited to the Oasis Clubs members account
approximately 90 days after check-out from the property.
10. Member can claim miles for past bookings of up to 6 months retroactively provided the check in date is on/after 1st July 2020. Raise a claim missing miles request by sending an email to
oasisclub@kuwaitairways.com with your Oasis membership no. and hotel booking like:
11. The claim process can take up to 4 weeks.
12. Kuwait Airways Oasis Clubs members consent and authorize Kuwait Airways to collect, use and transfer selected information, including; title, first name, last name, membership tier and Oasis Clubs Miles balance. Booking.com's use and disclosure of personal information may be different to Kuwait Airways.
13. Kuwait Airways is not liable for the content on Booking.com and any dispute that may arise between the property, booking.com and the customer. All such issues will be handled by Booking.com or the property directly. Any claims regarding Price match or rate guarantee announced by Booking.com must be raised to Booking.com directly.
14. All hotel bookings and payments made are organized by Booking.com. Booking.com terms and conditions apply (Opens an external website in a new tab)
15. The hotel prices and Oasis Clubs Miles quoted are dynamic and subject to change. Prices and Oasis Clubs Miles quoted at the time of booking are correct.
16. Local taxes may be levied and payable to the hotel at check-out.
17. Bookings made may not earn additional Oasis Clubs Miles with Kuwait Airways Oasis Clubs partner hotels.
18. Oasis miles will be credited to the individual Oasis membership account specified while booking. Kuwait Airways Oasis Club will not be responsible for any dispute within the party on who is eligible to earn the miles.
19. The oasis account holder must be a part of the group if not the primary member or the person whose payment details are specified. In any case the Oasis membership for the primary member whose payment details are provided supersedes
