Accepting this authorization form authorizes us to attend on your behalf the required customs inspection formalities needed in such cases to clear your baggage from the airport customs hall and deliver it to your residence.
You will be fully responsible for the contents of your baggage including the time of baggage clearance through customs authorities.
It will further exempt us/or our nominated agents from any responsibility or possible legal action as a result of transporting in your baggage any prohibited materials in to the country according to the laws of the State of Kuwait.
