Baggage Delivery Services

Kuwait Airways is introducing Baggage Delivery Services at Kuwait for Royal / First and business Class. This service will be part of our effort to develop the services provided to our Customers. It is designed for arrival customers who desire to exit the airport without waiting for their luggage in the arrival area. Here below is the brief summary of this service.

  • Baggage Delivery Service is offered only to the Royal / First and business class passengers.
  • The Kuwait Airways Lost and Found section will be offering this service.
  • The Passenger should book this service  through the Kuwait Airways website & Mobile application only.
  • Any modifications on the Baggage Delivery service should be done prior to 12hours before departure in Kuwait.

Terms and Conditions.

  • 1. This document sets out the terms and conditions on which Kuwait Airways will deliver baggage to an address in Kuwait for eligible passengers arriving on a KU flight to Kuwait International Airport - Terminal 4

  • 2. Kuwait Airways shall not be liable for any loss or damage of baggage unless such loss or damage to the baggage is caused due to the direct result of willful negligence of Kuwait Airways. However, KAC shall not be liable in any manner or circumstances for damage to any fragile, valuable or perishable items contained in the baggage.

  • 3. KAC shall have no liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with delayed delivery of baggage.

  • 4. Delivery of baggage will be subjected to Kuwait Customs clearance and subject to Kuwait Customs guidelines and regulations applicable from time to time

  • 5. Customer have to book the service in the Kuwait Airways website 12 hours before the departure time in Kuwait. Provide the full address details, location and contact information and KAC shall not be responsible for delay due any mistakes in delivery address or wrong location. Upon arrival in Kuwait Airport, passenger should sign the Customs Clearance form and handover the duly signed form at the Lost and Found counter of Kuwait Airways.
  • 6. KAC will not release baggage to passenger or his representative except upon receipt of the duly signed Baggage Delivery receipt, and satisfactory identification of person collecting /receiving baggage.

  • 7. The baggage delivery receipt signed by passenger, or his representative shall evidence the delivery of baggage without any damage and shall completely absolve KAC from any further liability

  • 8. Unclaimed baggage may be disposed of or sold at auction after 90 days without taking any further legal action or procedure and the proceeds of which shall be retained by KAC.

  • 9. Charges applicable will be based on published tariff and are non-refundable.

  • 10. The service will be cancelled in case of the baggage hold from concern authorities.

  • 11. If any part, term or provision of this document shall be held illegal, void or in conflict with any law having jurisdiction over this document, such illegality, void provision or conflict shall not invalidate these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • 12. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services here under shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.
